"Driver 101" Management
Many would assume truck driving is a one-dimensional job. At Firstclass Logistics, this is certainly not the case as driving is deemed to be an aspirational and rewarding career choice. Our drivers are our brand ambassadors and as such form the link between us, our customers and the various stakeholders.We have therefore adopted a “Driver 101” program to ensure that professionalism is upheld and safety is uncompromised. This program serves as a guide for the induction of new drivers as well as a daily checklist for existing drivers, to ensure correct process protocol and effective management of relevant documentation.
